RESPONSIBILTIES: Frances leads the research function at Ajeej across all products with particular focus on application of different valuation methodologies, internal training and development of the research team, and macroeconomic analysis as it applies to bottom up valuation.  She is a member of the investment committee and the executive committee, with key responsibilities for training, development, and recruiting.

IN HER SPARE TIME: Frances spends her spare time leading a book club, walking and photographing the marvelous and strange sights of her Dubai neighborhood. She also plans exotic vacations that involve too much walking and learning and not enough relaxation, according to her family. With 4 children under 10, ‘spare time’ is a slightly illusory term, in her opinion.
